Karting: (ENG) FIRST PRACTICES IN SARNO FOR THE ROTAX MAX CHALLENGE GRAND FINALS 2016

Track open at Circuito in Sarno, Italy, where is performing the Rotax Max Challenge Grand Finals one of the biggest world event for Karting motorsport activity. The event will be at Circuito Internazionale Napoli along the present week and already show big numbers. 360 helmets or drivers on track from over 59 countries, divided in six categories. Rotax Max Challenge is a “one-make-engine” formula, other providers only for the Kart chassis are: Italian BirelArt, French Sodì and Praga –IPK Group. As scheduled, program, drivers registration and equipments assignment already done on last weekend. On Monday, first engagement with track for the drivers on Monday and Tuesday with Free Practices (FP). From Wednesday to Thursday, Qualifying Practices (QP) and first races as Qualifying Heats. On Friday, PreFinals races and on Saturday, October 22nd Finals and event closure. Track leght 1548 meters
So, from the track first response with the non official practices session of day 1. On Micro Max, Portuguese A. Malheiro lapped the course in 1.12.123; on Mini Max, J. I. Teske from Uruguay sign as best lap 1.08.587; on Junior Max Austrian driver L. Dunner with 1.02.889; on Max, Argentinian driver F. Durder with 1.02.360; on DD2, Hungarian F. Kancsar with 1.01.401 and on DD2 Master, Brazilian L. Neinkoetter with 1.01.948.
